The Rhode Island Center Assisting those in Need is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing supplemental groceries  to neighbors in crisis in Washington County Rhode Island.

Our mission is to offer, with dignity, food, clothing, and essential support to our neighbors, primarily in Washington County.
